Matt Laws
President and CEO
Matt is a recognized leader in the ARM industry. He is a past member of the ACA National Board of Directors and is a past President of the Associated Collection Agencies of Colorado and Wyoming. He has served on the ACA Legislative Committee for 6 years and chaired this committee for 3 years He was appointed to the board of the Colorado Collection Agency Board by the governor and is a past chairman as well. Mr. Laws has an undergraduate degree in computer science and an MBA from the University of Dallas.

Gregg Swersky
Chief Relationship Officer
Gregg has over 30 years of collection industry experience, has served as President of Tennessee Collectors Association and currently serves on the board of directors for The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals ACA International. He holds a B.S. Degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee, is a member of the International Fellowship of Certified Collection Executives, Healthcare Financial Management Association, University Sertoma Club, and is a member of ACA’s Future Leaders. Prior to the RRC Wakefield merger, Gregg served in the dual role of President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of RRC.

Tyler Marsh
Chief Operations Officer
Tyler is an acknowledged expert in several areas of medical collections including ambulance, surgical centers, hospitals, and radiology. Mr. Marsh has assumed the responsibility of growing and managing the relationships with our clients, with great success.

Robert McReynolds
Chief Financial Officer
Bob maintains an active license as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee. He is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Health Care Financial Management Association. He is responsible for all financial matters of the combined entities. Prior to the RRC Wakefield merger, Bob filled the dual role of CFO and COO with responsibilities for the day-to-day operations of RRC. He holds a B.S. Degree in Business from the University of Tennessee and has over 30 years of diversified business experience in both public practice and industry, including 21 years with RRC Wakefield.

Vincent Raine
Senior Vice President of Business Development
Vince started his career in Healthcare Accounts Recievable Management over 30 years ago. Mr. Raine has worked in all aspects of the industry. Vince is past owner of Rubin & Raine, and was the CEO of RMB Inc.. As Senior Vice President of Business Development at Wakefield and Associates, his primary focus is complete client satisfaction.

Karen Eliason
Chief Compliance Officer
Karen is a 20-year financial services veteran who most recently served as Vice President and Senior Counsel of litigation advocacy and compliance for ACA International, the association of credit and collection professionals.

Kevan Umberfield
Vice President, Information Technology
Kevan joined Wakefield in 2013 after a number of years in the insurance industry. First responsible for developing Wakefield's analytics platform, Kevan assumed the responsibility for Wakefield's Information Technology operations in 2014. He oversees Wakefield's technology strategy, IT operations, software development, and business analytics. Kevan holds degrees undergraduate degrees in mathematics and history.
