We believe our management team is made up of some of the best and brightest in the industry.

Matt Laws, President and CEO, is a recognized leader in the collections industry. He currently serves on the ACA National Legislative Committee and is a past President of the Associated Collection Agencies of Colorado and Wyoming. He has been appointed to the board of the Colorado Collection Agency Board by the governor and is a past chairman as well. Mr. Laws has an undergraduate degree in computer science and an MBA from the University of Dallas.

Scott Burkhardt, CIO, holds a Bachelor of Science from MIT and has developed and written all of the company’s database programs. He works hand-in-hand with our software providers to maintain our cutting edge technology and remains intimately involved in the ongoing evolution of the company's technology platforms and its integration with our clients.

Ryan Boettcher, Vice President of Operations, joined Wakefield in 2010 as a 12 year industry veteran. Mr. Boettcher is responsible for the overall management of all aspects of the operation including compliance, customer service, legal operations and strategy. Mr. Boettcher is active in the legislative arena locally and nationally with ACA International and Associated Collection Agencies, Inc. Mr. Boettcher also serves as President of Infinity Funding, LLC., a passive debt buying firm which specializes in the acquisition and management of defaulted consumer debt portfolios.

Kenneth Olson, Executive Vice President/Recovery, brings over 26 years experience in collections, both as a manager and as an agency owner. His insight and management skills are an integral part of our success in achieving the highest rates of recovery for our clients.

Tyler Marsh, Executive Vice President/Business Development, is an acknowledged expert in several areas of medical collections including ambulance, surgical centers, hospitals, and radiology. Mr. Marsh has assumed the responsibility of growing and managing the relationships with our clients, with great success.
