With the arrival of a new client, senior management and key personnel meet to review details that pertain to your profile.  Items reviewed include your network requirements, letter preferences and the frequency and intensity of predictive dialer calling campaigns.

Depending upon your needs, we will send our staff to your facility for onsite training.  Your points of contact include your Account Manager and the entire Client Services team.  Most questions are answered on the first call, with a company goal of all answers provided within one business day.  All reports are always available to you via secure web access, while special reports can be created and sent to you within hours.
